Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations across hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance, provide ongoing training, and foster a positive, high-performing work culture.
- Resolve guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to uphold the hotel's reputation.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with other departments to manage inventory, resources, and daily shift schedules effectively.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
