We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive profitability for the property.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, financial planning, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate hospitality staff to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all hotel facilities.
- Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally to protect the hotel's brand reputation.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in hotel management or leadership within the hospitality industry.
