About the Role
Nepal Energy is a leading name in the importation, warehousing, and nationwide distribution of petroleum products. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Station Supervisor to join our team in Kwale, Delta State, to support our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Station Manager in overseeing daily retail station operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise pump attendants, cashiers, and other station personnel, monitoring performance, punctuality, and compliance with grooming standards.
- Monitor fuel and non-fuel sales, driving team performance toward the achievement of daily and monthly targets.
- Conduct routine inventory counts, manage stock reconciliation, and promptly report any variances or shortages.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) guidelines, ensuring all safety equipment is functional and incidents are reported immediately.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Prepare accurate shift reports, document maintenance issues, and manage station operations seamlessly in the absence of the Station Manager.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in petroleum retail operations, station supervision, or a related customer-facing supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HSSE policies within the downstream oil and gas sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales tracking, and basic administrative reporting.
- Ability to reside in or commute readily to Kwale.
