About the Role
Cubic Prints and Craft Africa is an industry leader in the printing and packaging industry, providing quality giftboxes and custom packaging solutions for corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals. We are currently looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who is a serving NYSC corps member to elevate our digital presence, engage our target audience, and drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging, high-quality daily content, including compelling copy, captivating visuals, and short-form videos showcasing our packaging products.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand visibility.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and foster a strong online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote ongoing campaigns, new product launches, and special offers.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve overall engagement.
- Must be a current NYSC serving corps member actively seeking a primary place of assignment in Lagos.
- Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, scheduling software, and basic graphic design or video editing tools.
- Proximity to Mushin, Lagos, or the ability to commute easily to the office location is highly preferable.
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn on the job, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
