Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to architectural blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with contractors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of tasks.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
- Inspect workmanship regularly to maintain quality control standards and promptly resolve any technical issues.
- Manage on-site equipment, tools, and resources efficiently to prevent waste or loss.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Site Officer, Site Supervisor, or similar role within the Nigerian real estate and construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using basic project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
