We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Scrub Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team and uphold our high standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, comprehensive, and effective perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams meticulously as a scrub nurse during operations.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize the operating theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment prior to procedures.
- Monitor patients closely before, during, and after surgery to identify and respond to potential complications promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols at all times.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation of all surgical procedures, counts, and patient responses.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc) degree or Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Must hold a current and valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) practising licence.
- A recognized Perioperative Nursing qualification or certification is strictly required.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm and work efficiently under high-pressure clinical environments.

- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record systems is essential.
