We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Consultant Family Physician to join our dynamic team of medical experts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in offering comprehensive, patient-centered primary healthcare, ensuring our patients receive exceptional, continuous, and evidence-based medical treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, high-quality primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Deliver continuous and holistic patient care, emphasizing preventive healthcare and wellness.
- Coordinate specialized patient referrals and collaborate effectively with other medical specialists.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior medical personnel and clinical interns.
- Participate actively in clinical meetings, medical audits, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with established clinical standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
- Possession of an MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid Fellowship qualification in Family Medicine (FWACP, FMCP, or equivalent).
- Must possess a valid and current practicing license issued by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Demonstrated relevant post-fellowship clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
- Possess excellent clinical judgment, compassionate bedside manner, and strong communication skills.
