About the Role
BONS Industries Limited, a premier manufacturer of high-quality bakery materials, food ingredients, packaged foods, and beverages since 1989, is looking for a results-driven Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Enugu. In this dual-capacity role, you will act as the vital link between our valued clients and our world-class product portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while aggressively driving our market expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell company products, including bakery materials, food ingredients, breakfast cereals, bottled water, and energy drinks to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and surpass regional sales targets and performance goals set by the organization.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate, detailed information about product specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records and accurately update account information in the company database.
- Stay fully updated on company products, services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous proven experience in a customer service or sales role will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Good digital literacy and familiarity with maintaining customer records.
- Residency in Enugu or willingness to work onsite at our Enugu factory office.
