We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to expand our market reach and accelerate revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new retail and corporate sales opportunities within designated territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with individual and business customers.
- Promote the company's products, special offers, and subscription services across multiple digital and offline channels.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly sales reports and maintain an accurate, up-to-date customer database.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of CRM tools is a distinct advantage.
