First Treebones Hotel & Resort, a premier luxury hospitality and lodging destination located in Umuahia, Abia State, is currently finalizing preparations for its highly anticipated grand opening. Owned and engineered by renowned real estate developer and businessman Mr. Steven Ukpabi, our resort is dedicated to providing world-class guest experiences. We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Restaurant and Bar Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team and help us set a new standard of excellence in Nigeria's hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining and drinking experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations from the menu.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Set up, maintain, and clean dining areas, tables, and the bar counter to ensure a tidy environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or resort environment will be an added advantage.
- Must be hardworking, highly professional, well-mannered, and of pleasant disposition.
