About the Role
Jaza Energy, a pioneering last-mile solar energy company, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Regional Coordinator to oversee operations in Delta State. In this critical line manager and regional business owner role, you will report directly to the Country Business Operations Lead. You will be responsible for driving regional profitability, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team to bring clean, reliable solar energy to off-grid communities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage regional profit and loss by executing innovative growth plans and controlling operational costs.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of regional team members.
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly growth strategies to achieve active customer and revenue targets.
- Ensure stringent inventory management and maintain lost or missing pack rates below acceptable thresholds.
- Resolve service interruptions promptly and elevate the customer service experience at all regional hubs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government stakeholders and represent company legal affairs.
- Submit comprehensive weekly progress reports, monthly growth metrics, and quarterly competitor SWOT analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, operations, and business development.
- Deep understanding of last-mile community sales, customer acquisition, and retention in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated success in managing, motivating, and coaching junior sales and technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and commercial reporting.
