About the Role
AXA Mansard, a member of the global AXA Group and a leading financial services provider in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Programs Officer to join our NHIA/Public Sector Operations team. In this role, you will manage the administrative, operational, and programme delivery functions of the unit, ensuring seamless payment processes, accurate regulatory submissions, and efficient healthcare provider management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate monthly NHIA capitation and Fee for Service (FFS) payments to over 1,300 healthcare facilities.
- Manage end-to-end CEMONC claims processing, portal uploads, payment documentation, and reimbursement letters to the NHIA Director General.
- Oversee the onboarding, training, and contract execution for new NHIA FSSHIP partner facilities.
- Supervise contract staff, claims verifiers, and provider liaison officers to ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly CEMONC and FSSHIP programme reports in compliance with NHIA standards.
- Serve as a clinical lead on public health programme design and governance frameworks within strategic partnership workstreams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in public health programme management.
- Prior working experience in health insurance operations or HMO administration will be a distinct advantage.
