Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of all pupils in the classroom.
- Assess and monitor pupils’ academic progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to supervisors, parents, and guardians.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote active pupil engagement, critical thinking, and high achievement.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and school administration to achieve institutional goals and participate in curriculum development.
- Active participation in school events, extracurricular activities, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant field of study from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience within a structured primary school setting.
- Strong, comprehensive knowledge of the Nigerian primary school curriculum and modern pedagogical teaching methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with young pupils, supportive parents, and professional colleagues.
