About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Porter to join our dedicated support team in delivering seamless healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport patients via wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds between hospital departments, wards, and treatment areas.
- Deliver medical records, lab specimens, pharmaceutical items, and equipment across various departments promptly and securely.
- Assist nursing and clinical staff with patient mobility and positioning as required, maintaining high standards of safety and comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of porters' holding areas, transport equipment, and corridors.
- Respond promptly to internal calls and dispatch requests from hospital wards and clinics.
- Adhere strictly to hospital health, safety, and infection control protocols at all times.
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant academic qualifications.
- Proven work experience as a hospital porter or in a similar customer-facing support role within a healthcare facility will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift or assist patients.
