About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, a premier hospitality destination conveniently located in the heart of Abuja near the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and key government and entertainment landmarks, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel General Manager. Featuring 176 stylish rooms, comprehensive conference and banqueting facilities, and top-tier amenities, our property requires a visionary leader to direct overall hotel operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to develop and execute business plans, operational objectives, and growth strategies aligned with group management goals.
- Manage comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and maximizing profitability.
- Oversee all departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain uncompromising standards of guest satisfaction, promptly resolving major escalations and fostering a customer-first culture.
- Direct human resource functions, including talent evaluation, training, employee engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure stringent health, safety, security, and facility management standards across all physical assets and guest areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive hospitality management experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a General Manager role.
- Proven track record of improving hotel revenue, occupancy rates (ADR/RevPAR), and overall profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Thorough understanding of hotel financial management, local Nigerian hospitality regulations, and operational software.
