About the Role
Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company specializing in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities, with our office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are currently seeking a skilled, experienced, and reliable Plumber to join our dynamic technical maintenance team and ensure optimal plumbing operations across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain complex water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
- Identify and fix pipe leakages, stubborn blockages, and general plumbing faults promptly.
- Maintain and service toilets, sinks, taps, showers, water pumps, and storage tanks.
- Carry out scheduled routine preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance activities.
- Inspect plumbing systems regularly and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs.
- Ensure all plumbing works strictly comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional work experience as a Plumber.
- Minimum qualification of SSCE, National Diploma (ND), Trade Test Certificate, vocational certificate, or relevant certification in Plumbing or Pipe Fitting.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance protocols.
- Proven experience in handling water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
- Exceptional ability to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing faults efficiently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a broader team.
