About the Role
Glovo, the fastest-growing multi-category delivery platform, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Pickers to join our expanding team across vibrant locations in Lagos including Festac, Lekki, Ikate, Ikeja, and UNILAG. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the crucial operational bridge between partner restaurants and our delivery network, ensuring that every customer order is accurately prepared and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, process, and ensure complete order fulfillment for all incoming restaurant orders promptly.
- Collaborate directly with restaurant staff to streamline operations and resolve any fulfillment bottlenecks.
- Maintain up-to-date restaurant menu listings and availability on the Glovo platform.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and smartly dressed appearance while representing the Glovo brand.
- Tech-savvy with reliable access to a smartphone or mobile device for order management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with restaurant partners.
- Demonstrated ability to remain polite, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior working experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment will be an added advantage.
- Earn a competitive monthly performance bonus of N20,000.
