We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced Pick-Up & Delivery Rider to join our dynamic full-time team in Lagos, ensuring our premium orders reach our esteemed private and corporate clients promptly and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver customer orders promptly and safely across assigned Lagos routes.
- Ensure all food and culinary items are properly handled and delivered in pristine condition.
- Confirm order details accurately before leaving the dispatch premises.
- Maintain clear records and digital confirmation of completed deliveries.
- Represent the Chef Eros & Co brand with professional and courteous customer interactions.
- Comply strictly with all traffic regulations and road safety standards.
- Monitor and report motorcycle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately.
- Take proper care of the company-provided motorcycle and all assigned safety equipment.
- Valid motorcycle riding license.
- Proven previous experience as a dispatch or delivery rider within Lagos.
- Extensive and practical knowledge of Lagos roads, shortcuts, and traffic management.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and unwavering honesty.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance is an added advantage.
