Key Responsibilities- Coordinate organization-wide performance management cycles and appraisal activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor KPI setting, reviews, and appraisal compliance across all departments and subsidiaries.
- Provide expert guidance and advisory support to employees and managers on performance management processes.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Support the continuous development, review, and optimization of performance management policies and frameworks.
- Partner closely with broader HR teams to design and implement effective employee development and performance improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in performance management, HR analytics, or talent management.
- Relevant professional HR or performance management certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of modern performance management systems, KPI governance, and frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
