About the Role
Konstructum Contracting Company (KCC) is a leading multidisciplinary engineering services, turnkey design, and construction firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dynamic and seasoned People and Culture Specialist to support our organizational growth and foster an engaging, high-performing workplace culture across our critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate full-cycle talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and workforce planning in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, inductions, and exit interviews.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and culture-building initiatives while handling employee relations matters with utmost confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, training needs analyses, and learning and development programs.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including HRIS maintenance, personnel records management, leave administration, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare periodic workforce reports, analytics, and HR dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of professional human resources experience, specifically within HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, employment regulations, and data protection principles.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
