We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our corporate team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resource management, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, highly skilled, and aligned with our core business objectives. You will play a crucial part in shaping our company culture, managing talent acquisition, and implementing best-practice HR policies that drive organizational success in the competitive Nigerian real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and retaining top-tier talent for various departments.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures professionally.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR analytics to inform leadership decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven professional experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, preferably within the real estate or service sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Professional HR certification (such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be an added advantage.
