About the Role
Theshopthera is a fast-growing retail brand specializing in online and offline sales of premium mobile phone accessories. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Order Fulfillment Officer to manage the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. The successful candidate will coordinate order confirmation, packaging, and dispatch, monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth delivery operations across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Process and confirm online and in-store customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Coordinate packaging, logistics, and dispatch operations to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated order records, monitor inventory stock levels, and prepare routine operational reports.
- Communicate delivery updates proactively, address order-related inquiries, and resolve fulfillment issues promptly.
- Verify item availability with inventory personnel and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items immediately to leadership.
- Prepare orders for dispatch with precise labeling, proper documentation, and accurate waybills.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven working experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or retail operations within Nigeria.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with order management systems, Point of Sale (POS) software, and spreadsheets.
- Previous experience in FMCG or retail sectors will be an added advantage.
