We are currently expanding our capabilities to manage a dynamic portfolio of HR and enterprise products designed to enhance business agility and productivity. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Nigeria and serve as a key business partner, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-quality products and services at optimized costs.
Key Responsibilities- Drive an efficiency and effectiveness mindset across the organization while fostering strong communication with internal, external, and global stakeholders.
- Create and own the Operations Business Plan, ensuring complete synchronization with global, regional, and national strategies.
- Manage the Sales and Operations Planning process to guarantee accurate forecasting, inventory management, and optimal order cycles.
- Monitor operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement internal and external benchmarks for ideal cost structures.
- Oversee the end-to-end import process, collaborating closely with customs brokers and authorities to ensure timely clearance and prevent demurrage.
- Manage local service providers, define Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive local product portfolio management and lifecycle evaluations.
- Master’s or University Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Operations within an international supply chain environment.
- Proven expertise in project management, strategic cross-functional integration, and continuous process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP R/3 and APO is a strong advantage, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Specialized qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be considered a significant plus.
