About the Role

We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operational delivery across our diverse client projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that work moves efficiently from conception to execution while optimizing our internal workflows to drive maximum productivity and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Own day-to-day operational delivery across client projects, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to final delivery.
- Establish clear ownership, priorities, timelines, and accountability for all deliverables.
- Coordinate multiple client projects and cross-functional resources across marketing, creative, technology, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain project trackers, production calendars, and workflow systems for optimal visibility.
- Monitor team workload, capacity, and utilization, allocating resources according to project priorities.
- Establish quality-control checkpoints to ensure all client deliverables meet agreed standards and timelines.
- Develop and improve operational processes, SOPs, and systems to increase efficiency and turnaround times.
- Provide the CEO with regular updates on delivery performance, team capacity, and operational risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or agency delivery environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects, multidisciplinary teams, and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification in project management or operations is an added advantage.
