We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Operations Assistant undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nigeria to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will provide vital administrative, operational, and business support to the CEO, helping to coordinate daily activities, manage client relationships, supervise facility operations, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and provide comprehensive support to the Customer Success Manager to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Follow up promptly on client invoices and pending payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Seamlessly onboard new business clients and ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance documents are fully completed.
- Supervise and assign cleaners to various locations, confirming daily attendance and adherence to work schedules.
- Reach out to prospective new businesses and introduce our services to support company growth initiatives.
- Must be a current NYSC corps member currently serving or ready to deploy in Lagos.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and take ownership with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using modern office productivity tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration software.
- Gain hands-on experience in business operations, client management, and HR consulting.
