About the Role

As our Music Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing students' musical talents, developing their appreciation for the arts, and building a vibrant, melodious school culture across our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, comprehensive music lessons for students ranging from creche to senior secondary levels in line with approved curricula.
- Instruct students in vocal and instrumental techniques, music theory, history, and composition.
- Establish, train, and direct school choirs, orchestras, and instrumental bands for school events, concerts, and competitions.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous artistic growth and development.
- Curate, maintain, and manage all school musical instruments, equipment, and learning resources safely.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music into broader school events, cultural days, and theatrical productions.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated prior teaching experience delivering quality music education within a reputable school setting.
- Proficiency in playing at least one major musical instrument (such as the piano, guitar, or violin) alongside strong vocal abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills with a passion for mentoring young learners.
- Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and skill levels among students.
