About the Role
DreamCity Properties, a leading private residential and commercial developer in Nigeria since 2010, is seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Officer. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual and audio content that effectively communicates our brand identity, promotes our diverse real estate portfolio, and engages target audiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create visually compelling designs for brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and corporate branding assets.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for marketing campaigns, property showcases, and investor presentations.
- Capture high-quality photographs of properties, projects, and corporate events for use in marketing and digital platforms.
- Develop engaging multimedia content, including animations and infographics, for websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all multimedia content adheres strictly to the Group's brand guidelines and professional visual identity standards.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and schedule multimedia content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and maintain multimedia equipment, ensuring cameras, lighting, and audio gear are in optimal working condition.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of verifiable experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, and video production, preferably in real estate or investment sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and video editing tools like DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video production, photography, and digital content creation.
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
