About the Role
Party Supplies & More is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to combine marketing strategy, hands-on execution, and business development to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence across Nigeria by turning creative campaigns into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and SMS.
- Drive high-impact seasonal campaigns, track marketing performance, and optimize return on investment.
- Actively generate and close B2B opportunities for helium gas, advertising blimp rentals, and corporate Christmas decoration services.
- Build strategic partnerships, recruit active resellers, conduct field marketing, and perform client visits.
- Support the sales team with compelling promotional materials, targeted campaigns, and upselling strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of practical marketing experience with a proven track record of measurable results.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, and fieldwork.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
- Prior experience with paid digital advertising and the events industry will be an added advantage.
