Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals in the real estate and agro-real estate sectors.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, social media management, SEO, and paid advertising to maximize online visibility and brand awareness.
- Drive high-converting lead generation campaigns to support the sales team and accelerate property and land banking acquisitions.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new revenue opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance metrics, and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate closely with sales, graphic design, and content creation teams to produce compelling marketing collateral.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the Nigerian real estate, property development, or agro-allied sector.
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, multi-channel lead generation, and strategic campaign planning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, inspire, and guide a high-performing marketing team.
