Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote security and financial services.
- Drive customer acquisition through targeted field marketing, digital channels, networking, and promotional events.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads and converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective corporate and individual customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve and exceed organizational business targets.
- Prepare regular, detailed reports on marketing activities, lead generation, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, meet targets, and work effectively in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital marketing tools.
- Willingness and readiness to engage in field marketing activities when required.
