We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Manager, Human Resources to lead our HR and administrative functions, ensuring our people remain our greatest and most effective asset.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive HR and administrative operations at the head office while coordinating HR and admin officers across subsidiary companies.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, encompassing talent acquisition, seamless onboarding, disciplinary procedures, offboarding, and staff welfare.
- Oversee accurate payroll administration, salary processing, and meticulous maintenance of employee records.
- Drive the performance appraisal process, review performance reports, and facilitate timely management approvals.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal organizational HR policies.
- Provide expert professional HR and administrative counsel to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Administer and optimize HR functions leveraging Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Active professional membership or registration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM or NIPM).
- Demonstrable professional experience in comprehensive HR and administrative management processes.
- Proven proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, specifically human resources management modules.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and advisory capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance requirements, and contemporary HR best practices.
