About the Role

We are currently looking for a strategic and driven Lead, Private Capital Market to spearhead the development and expansion of our private securities platform, connecting high-growth businesses with elite investors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the growth of the private capital market division.
- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with private companies, institutional investors, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and family offices.
- Build a robust pipeline of eligible businesses seeking capital, investor access, liquidity opportunities, or structured private market solutions.
- Collaborate with issuers and professional advisers to assess market readiness while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Forge strategic partnerships with investment firms, legal advisers, and industry associations within the private capital ecosystem.
- Identify secondary trading opportunities and innovative liquidity solutions for eligible private securities.
- Monitor market activity, capital raised, and relevant performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of robust experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets.
- Deep expertise in private securities, capital raising, transaction structuring, and investor relations.
- Exceptional commercial judgment, financial analysis, negotiation, and project management skills.
