About the Role
LifeCare Connect Nigeria Limited is a premier Nigerian healthcare quality-management, accreditation, and digital health technology company dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Operations Manager to own technical access control, information security, and platform infrastructure support across our active platforms, including Ancestra Health, QualiSentinel, and JAPAC Accreditation. In this role, you will execute our established IT and Systems Administration SOP series while ensuring seamless digital operations in a fast-growing health-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own the IT and Systems Administration SOP series, encompassing user access provisioning, credential and privileged-access control, data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Grant and revoke system access within one working day of an exit or role-change trigger in seamless coordination with the Human Resources department.
- Support platform infrastructure across Ancestra Health, QualiSentinel, and JAPAC Accreditation, while actively managing external hosting, cloud, and software vendors.
- Approve and execute IT change and patch deployments strictly within the Group's defined authority tiers.
- Manage IT-specific nonconformity and corrective action handling, support internal IT audits, and provide technical inputs to company-wide management reviews.
- Spearhead the Group's information-security posture and data-protection compliance, ensuring complete alignment with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Business Development team to support the company website and internal operational systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT operations or systems administration, featuring demonstrated team lead or managerial responsibility.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Network+, or recognized cloud certifications like AWS, Azure, or GCP are strongly preferred.
- Prior experience supporting health-tech or SaaS platform environments will be a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation and rigorous healthcare data-security requirements.
- Working knowledge of operating within ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 quality management environments.
