About the Role
Caring Habitat, a premier 40-bed rehabilitation center dedicated to transitioning patients from dependent to independent living, is seeking a dynamic Independent Marketer. In this role, you will spearhead the marketing and B2B sales of essential medical materials, including adult diapers, medical equipment, and uniform scrubs, to hospitals and healthcare facilities across Lagos. If you possess a strong background in medical sales and a passion for healthcare business development, this is an exciting opportunity to partner with a growing organization based in Lekki.
Key Responsibilities- Drive organized B2B sales and distribution of medical equipment, adult diapers, and scrubs to hospitals and clinics across Lagos.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical directors, procurement managers, and key referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic outreach plans to expand market reach in the healthcare sector.
- Represent Caring Habitat professionally during presentations and meetings with diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Leverage basic digital and social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support promotional campaigns.
- Manage your schedule independently to consistently meet and exceed sales, outreach, and revenue targets.
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a health-related discipline.
- Proven experience in organized sales of medical materials, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare supplies to hospitals in Lagos.
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills within the medical community.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing and social media tools to aid campaign visibility.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and achieve targets.
