Key Responsibilities- Assist the Human Resources department with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, performance management cycles, and training sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing memos, reports, and HR correspondence.
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member currently serving in Lagos, having successfully completed the NYSC Orientation Camp.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally within a corporate HR structure.
- Reside within close proximity to the office in Lagos.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills.
