About the Role
Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Limited (EPIFL) is a leading integrated agribusiness enterprise located in Igbariam, Anambra State, Nigeria. We specialize in large-scale poultry production, delivering high-quality agricultural products to meet the growing protein demands of Nigerian households and businesses. We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee in Human Resources to support our growing workforce and contribute to our operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee training, development programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal HR inquiries and employee welfare support.
- Recent Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and build a long-term career within the agribusiness sector.
- Must be willing to reside and work on-site in Igbariam, Anambra State.
