About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and seamless onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management processes, staff training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage comprehensive HR documentation and administrative workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and Nigerian labour regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide valuable support for workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience of 2 to 5 years functioning in an HR generalist or similar human resources role.
- Strong working knowledge of modern HR practices, employment laws, and labour regulations in Nigeria.
- Professional certification such as CIPM will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern HR software platforms and digital recruitment tools.
