About the Role
Interrand Homes & Properties Limited, a leading subsidiary of Interrand Group specializing in construction and real estate development with operations in Abuja, Lagos, and Ibadan, is looking for a dynamic HR Manager. We are seeking a competent, results-driven professional to lead our human resources department, strengthen workplace systems, drive employee performance, and foster a high-performance organizational culture across our various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and workplace systems.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotion, and exit processes.
- Design and monitor staff key performance indicators (KPIs), appraisals, and productivity metrics.
- Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and manage disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws and employment regulations across all branches and project sites.
- Coordinate staff training, career progression, and capacity-building programs.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, staff welfare, and general workplace conduct.
- Provide management with periodic HR reports and actionable workforce insights for manpower planning and succession strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience with proven managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Prior working experience within the real estate or construction industry is highly advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of Nigerian labor practices, recruitment strategies, and talent management.
