We are currently seeking a dynamic, result-driven and experienced HR Manager to oversee human resource functions for our clients, with a specific focus on maintaining high standards within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes tailored to restaurant and hospitality operations.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management across various client locations.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Design and implement effective staff training, development, and retention programs suitable for fast-paced service environments.
- Administer payroll inputs, staff attendance, leave management, and employee benefit programs.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to management, providing expert HR guidance and advisory services.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in a similar HR role within a standard, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and modern human resource practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and integrity.
