About the Role
Jubaili Agrotec Limited, a premier agricultural input provider established in Nigeria since 2002 with nationwide operations across Kano, Ibadan, and Abuja, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall orderliness across our company's apartment premises. We are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and well-organized environment for our occupants, ensuring all facility maintenance needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all rooms and indoor spaces within the company apartments to the highest standards.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to prevent dust accumulation.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, washbasins, kitchens, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and various kitchen utensils.
- Wash, dry, and polish windows to ensure unobstructed natural light and views.
- Wash and iron clothing items neatly as required by occupants.
- Empty waste bins frequently and dispose of refuse properly and hygienically.
- Monitor cleaning inventory and inform apartment occupants when replenishment is required.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Purchasing Department to obtain necessary cleaning materials and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or facility defects immediately to the Facility Management team.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience.
- Proven track record in a similar residential or corporate housekeeping role.
- Strong working knowledge of various cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment used safely.
- Good organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to complete assigned daily tasks efficiently on time with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina required to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills combined with a trustworthy and responsible attitude.
