About the Role
Hotel Capitol is a modern, contemporary three-star hotel located in the heart of Omole Phase 1, Lagos. With 28 tastefully furnished rooms and luxury suites, we pride ourselves on offering ultimate comfort and luxury to every guest. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our dedicated hospitality team and ensure our property remains spotless, welcoming, and exceptionally maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and promptly restock guest room amenities such as fresh towels and luxury toiletries.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring that all bathrooms and living spaces are spotlessly clean and inspection-ready.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, polite, and responsive to guest inquiries and special housekeeping requests.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, agents, and equipment is an added advantage.
- Reside in close proximity to our work location, specifically around the Ogba, Agege, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Akute, or Ketu axes.
