About the Role
Prodevs is a global talent and technology company connecting businesses with trusted digital professionals, driving product development and digital transformation. We are currently seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance & Administration (HFA) to provide high-level financial leadership across our Abuja Support Office, regional branches, and commercial service delivery channels. In this critical role, you will champion financial sustainability, risk management, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with senior leadership to steer our continued business growth in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Direct strategic financial management, business planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasting across all departments.
- Oversee statutory and project audits, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Manage donor and grant compliance, financial reporting, and cost allocations in alignment with international standards.
- Drive comprehensive financial analysis, ROI assessments, and profitability reports for commercial and social marketing channels.
- Implement robust risk management frameworks, internal controls, and debt recovery strategies.
- Lead and mentor geographically dispersed finance and administrative teams to achieve optimal operational efficiency.
- Master’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper division in a relevant field.
- Recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA is mandatory.
- 8 to 12 years of post-NYSC financial management experience within NGOs, INGs, or complex commercial organizations.
- Proven working knowledge of donor funding requirements and advanced proficiency in ERP systems and SUN Accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills coupled with exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management competencies.
