We are currently focused on large-scale poultry production, delivering high-quality poultry products to meet the growing protein needs of Nigerian households and businesses. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Graduate Trainee in Internal Audit & Control to join our dynamic team and build a rewarding career in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in conducting routine internal audit checks across various operational units within the farm.
- Review financial records, transaction documents, and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Help identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and internal control gaps, proposing actionable solutions.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and asset verification exercises across poultry production and supply chain units.
- Prepare accurate, timely audit reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with different departments to promote financial integrity, accountability, and best practices.
- Recent Bachelor degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to reside and work on-site in Igbariam, Anambra State.
