About the Role
Circa Non Pareil, a premier fine dining luxury restaurant located in the heart of Lagos, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Supervisor to join our operations team. In this role, you will oversee daily front-of-house activities, lead our exceptional service staff, and ensure that every guest enjoys a world-class hospitality experience that aligns with our luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate floor staff during daily operations to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Monitor staff punctuality, professional grooming, and strict compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular floor checks to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), discipline, and effective inter-departmental communication.
- Lead pre-shift staff briefings and ensure comprehensive, accurate handovers between operational shifts.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven supervisory experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or lounges within the Nigerian hospitality industry.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, people-management, and problem-solving abilities.
