About the Role
Avetium Consult Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Field Agent to join our team in Ondo. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the National Identification Number (NIN) enrollment process for applicants, ensuring seamless data collection and adherence to government standards. Key Responsibilities- Guide applicants smoothly through the NIN enrollment process, ensuring accurate and complete data collection.
- Capture high-quality biometrics, including ten fingerprints and facial images, utilizing provided NIMC-licensed equipment.
- Verify applicant supporting documents such as Birth Certificates, Local Government IDs, and International Passports for authenticity.
- Ensure that all submitted data precisely matches supporting documents to prevent future modifications.
- Synchronize and submit all captured data successfully to the NIMC backend system in a timely manner.
- Maintain the security, proper handling, and functionality of the assigned enrollment kit, including laptops, scanners, and cameras.
- Minimum of an OND or NCE qualification with practical experience in data entry and computer operations.
- Previous experience as a data capture agent, KYC officer, or working on government, bank, or telecom enrollment projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Windows OS, and basic hardware troubleshooting for cameras and scanners.
- Strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and security standards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and relevant local languages spoken in Ondo state.
- Must currently reside in Ondo state.
