In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for applicants seeking National Identification Number (NIN) registration, ensuring seamless data collection and adherence to government standards. Key Responsibilities- Guide applicants smoothly through the entire NIN enrollment process while ensuring accurate data collection.
- Capture high-quality biometrics, including ten fingerprints and facial images, using NIMC-licensed equipment.
- Verify applicant identification documents such as birth certificates, local government IDs, and international passports for authenticity.
- Ensure that all submitted data precisely matches supporting documents to prevent future modifications.
- Synchronize and submit all captured data successfully to the central NIMC backend system.
- Maintain the optimal security, handling, and basic functionality of assigned enrollment kits including laptops, scanners, and cameras.
- Minimum of an OND or NCE with practical, hands-on experience in data entry.
- Prior working experience as a data capture agent, KYC officer, or participation in government, banking, or telecommunications enrollment projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in operating computers, Microsoft Windows OS, and troubleshooting basic hardware like cameras and scanners.
- Strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and security standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and relevant local languages spoken in Ebonyi.
- Must currently reside in Ebonyi State.
- Competitive net remuneration of 150K structured on a fixed plus commission basis.
