About the Role
Spectranet, Nigeria's leading 4G LTE internet service provider, is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Activation Promoter to join our vibrant team in Surulere, Lagos. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, driving direct sales, increasing brand awareness, and introducing our reliable, high-speed broadband solutions to homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Engage prospective customers directly on the field to pitch, promote, and sell Spectranet internet services and devices.
- Educate potential users thoroughly on our affordable data plans, network coverage, and device benefits.
- Assist new customers seamlessly with onboarding, documentation, and instant activation processes.
- Maintain high energy and professionalism during flyer distribution, roadshows, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
- Track daily sales performance, collect valuable customer feedback, and report field insights directly to the team supervisor.
- Minimum of SSCE, NCE, or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated experience in field sales, direct marketing, or brand activations.
- Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong target-driven mindset, self-motivation, and physical fitness for outdoor field operations.
