About the Role
Spectranet, Nigeria's leading 4G LTE Internet Service Provider, is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Activation Promoter to join our growing team in Kubwa, Abuja. In this exciting role, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador on the ground, engaging directly with potential customers in high-traffic areas to promote our fast, reliable, and affordable broadband internet solutions. Key Responsibilities- Engage prospects directly on the field to pitch and sell Spectranet internet services and Wi-Fi devices.
- Educate potential customers on various data plans, network coverage benefits, and device usage.
- Assist new subscribers with seamless onboarding, documentation, and instant activation processes.
- Maintain a high energy level and professional demeanor during flyer distribution, roadshows, and activations.
- Track daily sales performance, collect customer feedback, and report field insights to the team supervisor.
- Minimum of OND, NCE, or SSCE qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or brand activations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and physically fit to handle outdoor field operations.
