About the Role
Spectranet, Nigeria's premier 4G LTE internet service provider, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Activation Promoter to join our vibrant team in Ajah, Lagos. In this exciting role, you will serve as the face of our brand, engaging directly with potential customers in high-traffic outdoor locations to drive sales, promote affordable broadband solutions, and expand our growing subscriber base.
Key Responsibilities- Engage prospective customers directly in the field to pitch and sell Spectranet internet services and MiFi devices.
- Educate potential subscribers on our diverse data plans, network coverage, and device benefits tailored for students, families, and businesses.
- Assist new customers with onboarding, documentation, and instant activation processes.
- Maintain high energy and a professional demeanor during flyer distribution, roadshows, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
- Track daily sales metrics, generate quality leads, and report valuable field insights to the team supervisor.
- Possession of an OND, NCE, or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
- Proven prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, or brand activation roles.
- Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset, self-motivation, and physical fitness to handle outdoor field operations effectively.
