Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day agricultural operations, including crop production, livestock management, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive farm management plans to optimize yields and resource utilization.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate farm personnel to ensure high standards of productivity and workplace safety.
- Monitor market trends and manage inventory, procurement of farm inputs, and produce sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all farm activities, financial transactions, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in farm management or commercial agriculture.
- Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques, pest control, crop protection, and livestock care.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and farm management software.
